| Postage & Handling New Addition accepts orders to Australian addresses only. Unless noted in the description of the product, all stock is on hand ready to be sent. We post all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment and mostly use Express Post by Australia Post for quick delivery and this also enables us to track your order if need be. Our delivery charge is a flat rate fee of $8.50 per order. The Bumbo Baby Seat & Play Tray are sent by courier. The shipping cost is still only $8.50. For local customers (Forest Lake, Brisbane) you are most welcome to collect your order to save on postage costs. Simply enter the word pickup in the redeem coupon box at checkout. Your postage charge will then be deducted from your order. You can then choose to either pay through PayPal with your credit card or you can select the option of cheque/money order and pay cash when you collect your order. I'll then contact you to make a suitable time for both of us for collection. Refund and Exchange Policy Customer satisfaction is highy important to us at New Addition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition which includes all tags and packaging within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange (subject to availability). New Addition reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Any costs associated with returning and or replacement of a product for any reason other than if the product is found to be faulty, is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to issue a refund before the return of a product. Defective Items In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, we will happily exchange (subject to availability) or refund your purchase (including the postage cost) providing it is returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags still attached. Please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund. We recommend that any returns are sent via Registered Post as New Addition will not be held responsible for lost items in the mail.
